Academy Policies, Terms and Conditions
At RAK Baking Hub Academy (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., please read the following terms carefully before confirming or making any payment for your seat:

1. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
1.1 The Student acknowledges that all recipes, instructional content, techniques, and proprietary materials shared during training sessions are confidential and intended solely for personal learning.
1.2 The Student shall not reproduce, distribute, record, share, or sell any part of these materials, whether in physical or digital form, without prior written consent from the Academy.
1.3 Unauthorized duplication, publication, or sharing of any course material or recipe for personal or commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action and, where necessary, legal proceedings.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 All intellectual property, including but not limited to recipes, formulations, training methodologies, designs, and course materials, shall remain the exclusive property of the Academy.
2.2 The Student is granted access to these materials strictly for educational and non-commercial purposes.
2.3 Any unauthorized modification, replication, or external use of these materials constitutes an infringement of the Academy’s rights.
2.4 The Academy reserves the right to suspend enrollment, revoke access, or initiate legal action in the event of any such violation to protect its proprietary content and uphold institutional integrity.

3. Student Code of Conduct
3.1 Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and respect toward faculty members, staff, fellow students, and Academy property at all times.
3.2 Acts of misconduct including but not limited to classroom disruption, disrespectful communication, harassment, or violation of Academy rules are strictly prohibited.
3.3 The Academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including written warnings, suspension, or dismissal, in cases of serious or repeated violations.

4. Misconduct & Refund Policy
4.1 In the event of serious or repeated misconduct, the Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently dismiss the Student from the course.
4.2 No refund full or partial shall be provided under such disciplinary circumstances, regardless of the duration completed or remaining.
4.3 All decisions of the Academy management regarding disciplinary action shall be final and binding.
5. Attendance & Eligibility for Certification
5.1 The Student acknowledges that this is a practical, skill-based training program where active participation and regular attendance are essential.
5.2 Students with less than 90 percent attendance shall not be eligible to appear for the final assessment or receive the Certificate of Completion.
5.3 The Academy reserves the right to deny certification in cases of inadequate attendance, poor performance, or non-compliance with academic standards.
5. 4 At RAK Baking Hub Academy (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., students are required to maintain a minimum of 90% attendance for both theory and practical classes, with daily biometric check-ins being mandatory. Missed check-ins must be reported via email to student@bakinghub.in within 24 hours, with a maximum of three manual requests allowed during the 6-week course. The Academy does not offer makeup or rescheduled classes; students are expected to attend all sessions from Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday sessions that may include compensatory time off. Attendance plays a crucial role in final evaluation and placement eligibility, and any 1 missed attendance may lead to disqualification from placement support and after-class assistance. All official communication must be made through email only—WhatsApp messages or verbal requests will not be considered. 6. Certificate of Completion Policy
6.1 Payment of course fees alone does not guarantee the issuance of a Certificate of Completion. Certification is awarded only to Students who meet all academic, behavioral, and attendance requirements.
6.2 To qualify for the Certificate of Completion, the Student must:
· Maintain the required attendance as prescribed by the Academy.
· Complete all assignments, assessments, and projects within the specified deadlines.
· Adhere to all Academy rules, regulations, and standards of conduct.
· Demonstrate satisfactory performance in the final evaluation or examination.
6.3 The Certificate of Completion shall be issued solely at the discretion of the Academy based on the Student’s overall performance and compliance.
6.4 This policy ensures that certification reflects genuine effort, commitment, and professional competence consistent with industry standards.

Short-Term Courses (1-Day, 2-Day, or 5-Day Masterclass)

For all short-term courses and workshops, 100% attendance is mandatory.

No rescheduling or backup classes will be arranged for any reason.

If a student fails to attend, no repeat session, adjustment, or refund will be provided.

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions on time and completing the course as per the given schedule.
No Rescheduling or Transfers

Rescheduling of batches or classes is strictly not allowed.

Students cannot transfer their seat to another person or shift to a future batch for any reason.
No Adjustments for Missed Classes

If a student misses any class or session, no repeat session, compensation, or partial refund will be provided.

It is entirely the student’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
Academy Rights

In rare or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies) where the Academy must cancel or reschedule a batch,
alternative arrangements may be offered solely at the Academy’s discretion.
