CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At RAK BAKING HUB ACADEMY OPC PRIVATE LIMITED, all enrolments are considered final. Please read the following carefully before confirming your seat:

1. No Refund Policy

Once the course fee is paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including personal reasons, medical emergencies, travel issues, Student expulsion or change of plans.

2. No Rescheduling or Transfers

Rescheduling of batches or classes is not allowed.

Students cannot transfer their seat to another person or shift to a future batch for any reason.

3. No Adjustments for Missed Classes

If a student misses any class or session, no repeat session, compensation, or partial refund will be provided.

It is the student’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions on time.

4. Academy Rights

In case of unforeseen situations where the Academy is forced to cancel a session or batch (due to natural disaster, government regulation, etc.), an alternative arrangement may be offered solely at the Academy’s discretion.
