From understanding the science behind ingredients to mastering techniques in breads, cakes, pastries, and plated desserts every day was a new lesson. Being a dietitian by proffesion and wearing a lab coat to now working towards my dream as a pastry chef wearing the chef coat has always been a dream!! Chef ananya has been an amazing instructor wherein from curating the perfect syllabus for the 6 weeks to Guiding us throughout the course till our high tea preparation. Got to learn more than just baking in the academy to handling uncertain things and becoming a pro. Hands down this is the best baking course you'll ever find in bangalore and for a complete beginner like me it was a great pathway to learn new things right from using a piping bag in the right way to handling with international breads and entremets and you get the best hands on practice here. I got the best time here in the academy to explore my love for photography and being appreciated by the chefs themselves was definitely like on cloud Nine for me. I truly loved coming to the academy every single day !!
